利用熔旋快淬方法在辊速为40 m/s时制备了低B的Fe85-xNb6.8B7.7Cu3(x=0,1,3)快淬态薄带.Fe85Nb6.8B7.7和Fe85Nb6.8B7.7Cu1快淬态薄带具有α-Fe纳米晶结构,α-Fe的晶粒尺寸分别为23 nm和20 nm,Fe85Nb6.8B7.7快淬态薄带中还出现少量的杂相,但两者的软磁特性很差.而Fe85-xNb8B7.7Cu36.快淬态薄带的α-Fe的晶粒尺寸为13 nm,在磁场20 Oe,频率1 kHz下相对磁导率的变化为△μ/μ((0)=-44%,磁场90 Oe下交流频率为1.5 MHz时磁阻抗△Z/Z0=-31.3%,显示了良好的软磁材料特点.
