Isothermal crystallization behavior of PA6/PA66/PA11 coplymer produced by melt copolycondensation was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The crystallization kinetics under isothermal conditions was analysized by the Avrami equation. It is shown that the Avrami equation is applicable for isothermal crystallization very well, and the calculated Avrami index n is from 2.34 to 2.88, which demonstrates that the crystallization of PA6/PA66/PAll coplymer is growing with global tridimensional crystals in this situation. The equilibrium melting temperature was obtained from Hoffman-Weeks theory. The results of polarized optical microscopy(POM) show that the size of PA6/PA66/PA11 coplymer crystal ball decreases, while the number increases.
