采用生产性试验研究了Mo-30W合金加热套管在3种镀锌工况下的腐蚀性能.结果表明,锌液温度是影响Mo-30W合金内加热套管腐蚀的重要因素,温度越高腐蚀速率越快;锌液中的铝与Mo-30W反应是腐蚀发生的主要原因.在实际工况下,热镀锌工艺温度、锌液中杂质含量、加热管的结构设计、加热管的加热功率以及Mo-30W合金质量都会显著影响内加热器的使用效果.
The corrosion properties of Mo-30W alloy in molten zinc under three working conditions of hot dip galvanizing were studied by factory test.The results show that the temperature of molten zinc is an important factor causing corrosion.When the temperature is higher,the corrosion is quicker.The Al in molten zinc reacts with Mo30W,which is the main reason causing corrosion.The factors influencing the service life of heaters in working conditions,include the temperature of hot dip galvanizing process,impurities in molten zinc,structure of heating pipe,power of heating and quality of Mo-30W alloy.
