本实验设计并合成三种聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠(PC-1、PC-2和PC-3)大分子表面活性剂,以木质素磺酸钠(SLS)为对照,研究了分子结构对β-半水石膏水化过程及分散性的影响.结果表明,三种羧基含量不同的聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠与SLS对β-半水石膏的凝结时间及分散性与PC系列物和SLS的掺量正相关,且其缓凝能力及其分散性的大小与羧基含量亦正相关.与SLS相比,聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠能有效延长β-半水石膏的凝结时间,提高β-半水石膏的可操作性.PC与SLS均具有延缓水化的能力,但不会影响其最终的水化度.
