以钛纳米前驱体齐聚物与纳米氧化铝改性含氟聚芳醚酮聚合物为原料,共聚合成制备钛纳米含氟聚芳醚酮共聚物,以此做为基体材料制备钛纳米高分子合金涂料,再加工成能满足特殊用途的高性能防腐蚀涂层,通过与现有多种防腐涂层进行对比试验,检验了新涂料在极端工况环境下的性能。
Nano-titanium fluorinated polyaryletherketone copolymer was prepared from nano-titanium precursor oligomer and nano-alumina modified fluorine-containing polyaryletherketone polymer. This material was used to prepare nano-titanium polymer alloy coating to protect the metal from corrosion. The microstructures of nano-titanium precursor oligomer and nano-titanium fluorinated polyaryletherketone copolymer were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and infrared spectrometer(IR). Moreover, the anti-corrosion capabilities of the alloy coating were examined under severe environmental conditions. The results show that the pipe with the alloy coating can work well in simulated oil and gas environment for long time, which proves that such an alloy coating is really a good anti-corrosion coating.
