以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸和乙醇为主要原料合成了部分封端的亲水性聚氨酯预聚体, 然后接枝环氧树脂, 再水分散并经乙二胺打开环氧基交联, 得到聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合乳液. 研究了环氧树脂中羟基的接枝率和环氧树脂用量对乳液和涂膜性能的影响. 研究发现, 随着接枝率提高, 乳液外观改善, 稳定性提高, 涂膜的防腐蚀性能增强. 随着环氧树脂含量增加, 涂膜耐腐蚀性能增强, 但乳液外观变差, 涂膜抗冲击性及耐热性下降. 当环氧树脂含量达到树脂总量45%左右时, 乳液适用于配制单组分水性防腐涂料.

Polyurethane-epoxy resin composite emulsion was prepared through grafted polymerization of epoxy resin, whose epoxy group was opened by ethylenediamine to form crosslinking structure and partly terminated hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer, which was synthesized by using toluene diisocyanate, polyether diol, dimethylolpropionic acid and absolute alcohol as main raw materials. The influence of the reaction degree of hydroxyl group in the epoxy resin(grafting ratio) and the content of epoxy resin on the performance of the emulsion and the formed coating was studied. The results show that the appearance, stability of the emulsion and the corrosion resistance of the coatings are improved with the increase of the grafting ratio. The corrosion resistance of the coatings can be enhanced by increasing the content of epoxy resin. However, the impact- and heat-resistance of the coatings decrease with increasing the content of epoxy resin, and the appearance of the emulsion becomes poor when more epoxy resin is added. When the content of epoxy resin reaches about 45% of the total resin, the emulsion is acceptable to formulate one-packed waterborne anticorrosion coatings.
