合成一种含有芴基、三氟甲基以及苯醚键的二胺单体9,9-双[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]芴,将该二胺单体分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐(CBDA)在室温下进行溶液缩聚反应,经化学酰亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺粉末.通过红外、核磁、热重分析、溶解性和荧光测试等对二胺单体及其聚酰亚胺的结构和性能进行表征.结果表明:两种含芴聚酰亚胺均具有良好的溶解性,可溶于NMP、DMAc、DMF、间甲酚和DMSO等强极性溶剂;芳香族聚酰亚胺的耐热性明显高于脂环族聚酰亚胺;芴基的存在使该聚酰亚胺具有一定的荧光特性.

A fluorinated diamine monomer 9,9-bis[4-(4-amino-2-tri fl uoromethylphenoxy) phenyl]fluorene was synthesized. The diamine monomer was used to react with aromatic pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and alicyclic 1,2,3,4-cyclobutane dianhydride (CBDA) respectively in solution at room temperature, and then two polyimides were prepared by chemical imidization. Their chemical structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, TGA, fluorescence and solubility test. The results show that the two polyimides have good solubility, which can solve in NMP, DMAc, DMF, m-cresol, and DMSO. The aromatic polyimide shows better thermal stability than the alicyclic polyimide. The polyimides exhibite fluorescence characteristic due to the existence of fluorenyl group.
