采用端羟基丁二烯液体橡胶(HTPB)对环氧树脂进行改性,研究了改性环氧树脂的热稳定性、力学及电性能.结果表明:HTPB的羟基与环氧基团发生了化学反应;HTPB改性环氧树脂的热稳定性下降;低橡胶用量下环氧树脂的弯曲、拉伸强度和冲击强度显著提高.HTPB橡胶颗粒均匀分布于环氧基体中并在固化时形成相分离.此外,改性环氧树脂的电绝缘性及介电性能均得到明显改善.
