以H2IrCl6和SnCl4为源物质,Ir和Sn原子摩尔比4∶6为组成,采用热分解法制备了IrxOy-SnO2/Ti电极.通过X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)和循环伏安测试法分析了热处理温度和保温时间对电极的组成、稳定比电容和反应激活能的影响.结果表明:电极材料由+3价和+4价的混合铱氧化物和SnO2组成.内电荷量均比外电荷量大,内电荷、外电荷和总电荷均随温度升高先增后减,320℃的电极具有最高总电荷量513.9 mC·cm-2,保温11h达到其稳定比电容280 F·g IrO2-1.即使经过360℃热处理,稳定比电容均高于150 F·g IrO2-1.不同热处理温度获得稳定比电容所需要的保温时间符合Arrhenius方程,反应激活能为4.54 kJ/mol.反应激活能小,保温过程对比电容的影响较小.
