合成了一种温敏性嵌段两亲性共聚物P(NIPAAm-co-DMAAm)-b-PLA.通过自由基聚合的方法制备了一种含端羟基的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm) 和二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAAm)的温敏性无规共聚物,利用端羟基开环丙交酯得到两亲性嵌段共聚物P(NIPAAm-co-DMAAm)-b-PLA.核磁氢谱的结果验证了嵌段共聚物的成功合成,此两亲性共聚物在水中可以自组装成胶束,采用可控温的紫外可见分光光度计表征了其温敏性能,测量结果表明,嵌段共聚物显示了较好的温度敏感特性,相转变温度LCST被成功地调节到40℃以上.此嵌段共聚物兼具良好的温度敏感特性,将在药物缓释方面具有良好的应用前景.
