在模拟油田CO2腐蚀环境下,研究了含1%Cr的N80钢腐蚀产 物膜的特征.结果表明,试验条件下Cr会在腐蚀产物膜中富积形成非晶态的Cr(OH)3.含1 %Cr的N80油套管钢CO2腐蚀产物膜是由FeCO3晶体与Cr(OH)3混合构成,导致腐蚀 产物膜具有阳离子选择性,使阳极反应受到抑制,腐蚀速率降低.腐蚀介质中的阴离子会穿 过FeCO3晶体到达膜与基体界面,腐蚀基体金属,导致点蚀发生.
While simulating the CO2 corrosion environment in oilfield,the characteristics of CO2 corrosion scales on 1%Cr-containing N80 s teel were studied.The results demonstrated that Cr could be enriched in corrosio n scales forming amorphous compound Cr(OH)3 and the corrosion scale is compose d of Cr(OH)3 and FeCO3 crystals,that make the corrosion scale has the charac ter of cation-selectivity and as a result the anodic reactions could be suppress ed and corrosion rate be reduced.However anions in corrosion electrolyte still c an penetrate the FeCO3 crystal and get to the interface between matrix and cor rosion scale,which can lead to formation of pitting.
