通过幺正变换和线性组合算符法研究量子棒中强耦合束缚极化子的温度效应,得出束缚极化子的振动频率和基态结合能是椭球的纵横比、束缚势、横向有效受限长度、温度和电子声子耦合常数的函数,结果表明振动频率和基态结合能随束缚势的增加而增加,随椭球的纵横比和温度的增加而减小.

We study the temperature effect on the vibrational frequency and the ground state binding energy of a strong-coupling bound polaron in the quantum rods. The vibrational frequency and the ground state binding energy are expressed as a functions of the aspect ratio of the ellipsoid , the bound energy, the transverse effective confine- ment lengths, the temperature and the electron-phonon coupling strength by using a linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods. It is found that the vibrational frequency and the ground state binding energy are increasing functions of the the bound energy but become decreasing ones of the temperature and aspect ratio.
