对YBa2 Fe3O8的掺杂研究是认识该晶体的有效手段,本文采用固相法制备YBa2 Fe3O8-xFx,并以实验样品的DTA曲线和M-T曲线为依据,讨论了掺F的YBa2 Fe3O8在热学性质和磁化性质以及晶格结构方面的性质变化.实验结果表明,随着F量增加,χ(T)变大、Tp与Ts降低,所得到的实验数据与晶格分析结果基本一致.
Doping other phases to YBa2 Fe3O8 is an effective method in order to well know of the crystal. The thesis pre-pares YBa2 Fe3O8-xFx by solid-state method, and according to DTA and M-T curves of experimental samples, discusses changes of thermal, magnetic and crystal structural characteristics after doping fluorine. Experimental results show that χ (T) values increase, Tp and Ts, values decrease along with fluorine volume increasing. Experimental data are basically iden-tiffed with results of crystal analysis.
