采用真空烧结脱脂和热等静压工艺制备了ZrO:(3Y)含量不同的WC-20%Co复合材料,用x射线衍射仪定量分析计算摩擦磨损试验前后由四方结构(t)向单斜结构(m)转变(t→m)的相变量,在MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机上评价其耐磨性。利用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了试样的磨损表面形貌,并分析了磨损特性及机制。结果表明:在WC-20%Co中添加适量ZrO:(3Y)可以提高其耐磨性,其中ZrO:含量为4%-5%时,其耐磨性最佳,这是由于其表面摩擦压应力作用诱发t→m相变的结果。
ZrO2 (3Y)/WC-20% Co composite cermet materials with different ZrO2 (3Y) contents were prepared by vacuum sintering skim process and hot isostatic pressing, the transformed amount of t→m phase in the cermet before and after wearing was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and abrasive wearing test on a MM-200 tester. The worn surface of the specimens was observed by SEM, the characteristics of wearing and wear mechanism were studied. The results show that wear resistance of the cermet is enhanced after adding ZrO2 (3Y) into WC-20% Co, the t→m phase transformation induced by wearing stress on the wear surface is the main mechanism for the improvement of wear resistance.
