对Al-2Zn-0.03In阳极分别进行"510℃×10h+空气冷却"和"510℃×10h+水冷却"处理,采用电子探针(EPMA)和能谱分析,考察了主要析出相形貌和成分的变化,测定了铝阳极的基本电化学性能.结果表明:固溶处理使铝阳极晶内和晶界析出物中的Zn含量降低而Fe、Si被保留,Al-Zn金属间化合物数量减少,晶界析出物发生断裂、球化现象.基体中Zn的增加和晶界Al-Zn化合物数量减少削弱了铝阳极析氢腐蚀和晶间腐蚀,使铝合金阳极电流效率提高.
