针对金属材料在服役环境中由于环境介质作用而使其力学性能降低这一问题,采用元胞自动机方法对航空工程结构中的铝合金材料,在不同环境条件下的腐蚀损伤演化过程进行模拟,得到铝合金表面腐蚀损伤的形成及演化过程;最后结合计算机图形图像处理技术,对铝合金腐蚀损伤元胞自动机模拟结果进行腐蚀图像特征提取及有限元分析,得到了材料表面腐蚀损伤周围的应力分布和结构的最大承载力。

In order to better understand the mechanical properties degradation mechanism of aluminum alloys under service environment,the cellular automation(CA)method was used to simulate the corrosion damage of aluminum alloys exposed to an aggressive environment. The graphics-image technology and finite element method were used to investigate the stress in the zone near the corrosion damage and the maximum bearing capacity of corrosion structure on the basis of corrosion damage simulation results.
