通过采用紫外预辐照聚丙烯膜,再用溶液接枝方法制备聚丙烯接枝聚丙烯腈微孔膜,对聚丙烯微孔膜进行亲水改性.研究了紫外光照射时间、单体、引发剂用量、反应时间和温度对接枝率的影响.其最佳反应条件为紫外光照20 min,单体体积分数15%,引发剂用量2×10-3mol/L,反应温度60℃.用红外、扫描电镜对聚丙烯膜接枝前后的微观结构进行表征.同时对膜的接触角、吸水率和水通量进行测试,发现其亲水性能和水通量有很大的提高.
