通过对比实验对工艺参数进行了优化,在分散剂添加量5%(炭黑分散液质量分数)、分散液添加量100g、锆珠型号0.2mm、锆珠体积填充率50%、砂磨时间40min、砂磨机转速3500r/min,可以得到细化炭黑分散液.通过粒度测试、Zeta电位测试、TEM,表明炭黑颗粒粒度为20~40nm,颗粒表面Zeta电位为-45~-50mY,所制备色浆静置3个月,所拍TEM照片表明该分散液具有优良的储藏稳定性,并且红外光谱测试表明,炭黑颗粒表面包覆了超分散剂聚合物分子链.
