为研究植物油-纸绝缘的热老化产物生成规律和绝缘特性,以植物绝缘油和矿物绝缘油分别与绝缘纸组成油-纸复合绝缘,在110℃和130℃下进行加速热老化试验。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,两种绝缘油的酸值、糠醛含量、油中溶解气体含量均增加,闪点和界面张力均下降;相同老化条件下,植物绝缘油的酸值、产气量比矿物绝缘油的大,植物绝缘油中糠醛含量少于矿物绝缘油。

To study the thermal ageing products and insulation characteristics of vegetable insulating oil-pa-per insulation, we conducted accelerated ageing experiments on two oil-paper compound insulations under 110℃ and 130℃, which were composed of vegetable insulating oil and insulation paper, mineral insulat-ing oil and insulation paper, respectively. The results show that with the increase of ageing time, the ac-id value, furfural content, and dissolved gases content of the two insulating oils increase, and the flash point and interfacial tension decrease. Under the same ageing condition, the acid value and dissolved gas content of the vegetable insulating oil are greater than that of the mineral insulating oil, and the furfural content in vegetable insulating oil is less than that in mineral insulating oil.
