针对冷连轧机在轧制过程中的多变量、强耦合、非线性等特点,以等相对负荷为目标,在现场和设备所受的约束条件下,应用基于遗传算法的混合蚁群算法进行规程优化设计,该方法首先利用遗传算法的随机搜索产生规程的初始信息素分布,然后充分利用蚁群算法的并行性、正反馈机制以及求解效率高等特性寻求最优解.该算法使用方便,对某1370mm 5机架冷连轧机进行设计比较,表明该方法计算精度高、收敛速度快、可满足在线控制需求.

Based on rolling feature of tandem cold rolling mill, such as multi-variable, strong-coupled, non-linear, setting the equal relative load as the optimization goal, on certain constraint conditions of field engineering and fa-cility, Genetic Algorithm-Hybrid Ant Colony System was applied for rolling schedule. This method firstly made use of the GA's random search to bring original pheromone of the schedule problem, then took full advantage of the ACS's parallel and positive feedback mechanism and high efficiency to gain optimal solution. This method used easily. Compared with existing schedule on 1370 mm five stands tandem cold rolling mills, this method could meet the demands of on-line control with high computing precision and fast constringeney speed.
