利用盐雾腐蚀试验和SEM等分析手段,研究了镁合金微弧氧 化陶瓷层的腐蚀过程及4种电解液体系对陶瓷层耐蚀性的影响,分析了镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷 层与铬化处理膜层耐蚀性的差异和封孔处理的作用机理.结果表明:在复合系电解液中处理 的镁合金样品耐蚀性最好,所有微弧氧化处理的样品其耐蚀性均远优于铬化处理样品,用石 蜡封孔可明显提高样品的耐蚀性.
The corrosion of the ceramic coatings formed by mi cro-arc oxidation on a magnesium alloy was investigated by salt spray tests.The results indicated that the corrosion-resistance of the coating prepared in mixe d salt solution was best.The difference of the corrosion-resistance between the ceramic coating formed by micro-arc oxidation and the chromate conversion coat ing and sealing mechanism were analyzed by SEM.The results indicated the corros ion-resistance of coatings obtained by micro-arc oxidation was far better than t hat treated by chromate.The corrosion-resistance of the coating after sealing by paraffin was improved significantly.
