通过热力学计算及试验分析,系统研究了不同含量的Ti对SiMn脱氧FeNi42合金中夹杂物数量、组成、形貌和尺寸分布的影响,利用扫描电镜和图像分析仪对试样中的夹杂物进行了检测。结果表明,当合金中钛含量较低时,夹杂物的中心部分是析出温度较高的AlTiMn复合氧化物,向外依次是锰硅酸盐和少量的MnS。随着钛含量的增加,夹杂物中钛含量逐渐增多,而Mn、Si等元素的含量逐渐减小。Ti的加入使合金中夹杂物的数量增多,尺寸减小,且呈均匀弥散分布。
The influence of Ti addition on inclusions in SiMn deoxidized FeNi42 alloy has been studied by thermodynamic calculation and experiments in view of amount, morphology, size and composition. The inclusions in samples have been analyzed by SEM and image analysis device. The results are as follows: firstly, when the Ti concentration is lower, the inclusions are formed of multiple phase oxide including AlTiMn oxide phase, silicate phase and MnS; secondly, as Ti content increases in the alloys, Ti content in inclusions increases while the content of other elements such as Mn, Si in inclusion decreases; thirdly, after adding Ti, inclusions in the alloy become small and finely distributed.
