在β单相区对TC18钛合金进行了固溶处理,研究了固溶温度及保温时间对β晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:固溶温度越高,保温时间越长,口晶粒的尺寸越大,但晶粒长大速率随保温时间的延长而逐渐减慢;通过回归分析建立了β晶粒尺寸与固溶温度和保温时间之间关系的回归方程;保温时间较短时,热力学因素和动力学因素共同影响晶粒的生长过程,随保温时间延长,动力学因素的影响逐渐减小。

TC18 titanium alloy was solid-solution treated in the 13 phase region, and the effects of solidsolution temperature and holding time on the size of β grain were studied. The results show that the size of β grain increased with increase of solid-solution temperature and holding time, but the growth speed of the grain decreased with increase of holding time. Regression analysis was employed to establish regression equation between solidsolution temperature, holding time and the size of β grain. The growth process of grains was affected by thermodynamics and kinetics factors when holding time was shorter, the effect of the former gradually decreased with holding time
