传统的快速刷镀镍层已不能满足工件高温服役的需要,为此,在镀镍液中加入钨酸钠制备了具有较强抗高温软化能力的镍钨合金镀层,对快速镍镀层和镍钨合金镀层进行加热保温,对比研究了温度对2种镀层表面形貌、硬度的影响.结果表明:在室温下两者都具有较高的硬度,达550 HV左右;当加热到100℃时硬度达到最高值,约为600 HV;600℃时,快速镍镀层的硬度只有180 HV,而镍钨镀层的硬度仍可达到380 HV左右.快速镍液中加入钨酸钠等制备的镍钨合金镀层具有较强的抗高温软化能力.

Sodium tungstate was introduced into conventional bath for nickel brush electroplating, allowing the preparation of Ni-W alloy coating with good resistance to softening at elevated temperature. The resulting Ni-W alloy coating together with high-speed brush electroplated Ni coating was heated to various temperatures and held there, and the effect of temperature on the morphology and hardness of the two types of coatings was investigated. Results show that the two types of coatings have a high hardness of about 550 HV and good wear resistance at room temperature. And they had the highest hardness of about 600 HV at an elevated temperature of 100 ℃. When the temperature was increased up to 600 ℃, the hardness of the high speed Ni coating was drastically decreased to about 180 HV, while the Ni-W coating still retained hardness of as much as 380 HV. This indicates that the brush electroplated Ni-W alloy coating obtained by introducing sodium tungstate into conventional nickel electroplating bath has good resistance to softening at elevated temperature.
