对Al-4.45Cu-1.50Mg合金进行室温条件下冷轧和随后180℃时效加工,利用拉伸试验机、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等研究冷轧态Al-Cu-Mg合金的显微硬度变化、力学性能和原子尺度的合金内部微观结构。结果发现,室温冷轧后时效态Al-Cu-Mg合金出现双峰强化现象,并阐明双峰强化机制。

Al?4.45Cu?1.50Mg alloy was subjected to cold rolling at room temperature and then aged at 180℃for different time. Tensile test machine,optical microscope(OM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to study the properties and microstructure of the Al?Cu?Mg alloy. Strengthening phenomenon of double peaks aging was found in the cold rolled and aged aluminum alloy,and the mechanism of strengthening was illustrated.
