分别从掺杂对镍氧化物的结构表征影响、镍氧化物薄膜的各向异性应力的控制、各向异性应力对镍氧化物薄膜的热致变色效应的调控3个方面介绍了钙钛矿镍氧化物外延薄膜的研究现状,为将来相关器件的实用化提供了研究参考.
