本文研究了单相α Al2 O3 及 Zr O2 (3 Y)- Al2 O3 复相陶瓷的凝胶注模成型工艺, 着重研究了低粘度高固相体积分数浓悬浮体的制备及其固化在碱性条件下, 用自制的分散剂 M N 制备出固相含量高达65vol% 、粘度为267m Pa·s 的α- Al2 O3 浓悬浮体, 以及低粘度下固相含量达55 vol% 的10 vol% Zr O2 (3 Y)- Al2 O3 复相陶瓷浓悬浮体并研究了凝胶注模成型坯体的性能
The gelcasting of α-alumina and binary zirconia-alumina composites ceramic was further studied. Special emphasis was placed on the preparation and gelation
of concentrated suspension with low viscosity and high solide volume loading. By using dispersant MN made in our laboratory, basic α-alumina concentrated
suspension whose solide loading as high as 65Vol% while viscosity as low as 267 mPa·s was prepared, besides,basic 10Vol% zirconia(3Y)-alumina concentrated
suspension with 55Vol% solide loading and low viscosity was prepared. The properties of gelcasting body were also studied.
