近年来,随着优质炼焦煤资源的短缺,为满足高炉生产需要,各炼焦企业配煤生产压力越来越大,配煤生产方案调整也非常频繁。本文结合配西加煤实验,提出了配煤所涉煤种对应的焦炭热性质(反应性/反应后强度)具有加和性的观点,在对方案中所涉的变化煤种对应的焦炭热性质数据进行假定与修正的基础上,结合各方案所涉煤种比例,对各方案进行比较及计算得出了计算值与实验值一致的结果,从而证实了煤种对应的焦炭热性质在配煤中具有加和性的观点。该观点可以为生产中设计配煤方案提供极大的便利,从而有效地指导配煤炼焦生产,稳定和提高焦炭质量。
Recently,along with lacking of high grade coking coals,work of coal blend in coking plant would become more difficultly in order to fulfil manufacturing of blast,which could result in scheme of coal blend change frequently.In the paper,the viewpoint of coke thermal property(CRI/CSR) which coked by single coal possesses additive property was put forward.Based on assumed and amended of thermal property parameters corresponding single coals of altering blending scheme,and combined single coal proportion in scheme of coal blend,the result which calculated values is accordant with experiment data.The viewpoing of coke thermal property which coked by single coal possesses additive property was approved.The viewpoint could provide convenience for designing schemes of coal blending,thereby effectively instructing coal blend manufacturing, and stabilizing or improving quality of coke.
