通过酯键相连的聚乳酸分子具有良好的可降解性,但疏水性强、缺乏生物活性使其应用受限.多糖及其衍生物分子具有大量的识别功能基团,可参与细胞的各种生命现象的调节,具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,采用化学方式将多糖及其衍生物与聚乳酸材料相结合成为改善材料生物学性能最有效的方法之一.综述了多糖改性聚乳酸高分子材料的现状.
