采用正交实验研究了以CeCl3为主盐的镁合金稀土转化膜处理工艺,在AZ31B镁合金表面制备出较为致密的稀土转化膜.结果表明,该工艺处理后的AZ31B镁合金在生理盐水及Hank's溶液中,均具有良好的耐蚀性能;表面稀土转化膜具有良好的抗凝血性能.还讨论了转化膜的成膜机理.
