以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二聚酸聚酯二醇(PDFA)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇等为主要原料,采用季戊四醇二丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯分别在分子链的侧基和末端引入可UV固化的双键,制备出具有不同双键含量的可UV固化的水性聚氨酯PDFA-PU。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析证实了PDFA-PU的结构以及UV固化后双键的交联反应。研究发现,随着分子链中双键含量的增加,UV固化后凝胶含量、双键转化率、摆杆硬度、张力强度都相应提高,断裂伸长率则大幅度下降,UV固化使PDFA-PUs膜逐渐由弹性变成了塑性。PDFA-PUs分子链中软、硬段具有不相容性,随双键含量增加,Tg1和Tg2都升高,固化膜的热稳定性也得到改善。
A series of UV curable waterborne polyurethanes based on dimer-fatty-acid polyester diol(PDFA PUs) with different content of C=C were prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate,dimer-fatty-acid polyester diol(PDFA),dimethylol propionic acid and 1,4-butanediol through changing the content of chain extender pentaerythritol diacrylate and using 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate as blocking agent.Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR) confirmed the structural differences of PDFA-PUs before and after UV irradiation.It is found that gel content,C=C conversion,pendulum hardness and tensile strength increase while elongation at break decreases greatly with increasing C=C content.The PDFA-PU latex film is changed from elastomer into plastic during UV irradiation.Appearance of two Tg shows soft and hard segments in PDFA-PU chain is incompatible.As the increase of C=C content,Tg1 and Tg2 raise,thermal stability of cured film is improved.
