采用熔融状的玻璃包覆镀镍铜线制备了高性能电磁线,对电磁线进行了形貌及尺寸表征.结果表明:在直径为2 mm的铜线表面采用拉膜法包覆玻璃薄膜,当玻璃薄膜厚度在50μm左右时有良好的绕线韧性,随着厚度的增加,其绕线韧性降低,当玻璃厚度大于等于150μm时,其制作的电磁线已不能满足其绕线的韧性要求;玻璃薄膜厚度随拉膜速率的增大而减小,当拉膜速率在1~1.8 m/s时,玻璃薄膜厚度在50~100μm范围内,其制备的电磁线能满足绕线的韧性要求.
