采用熔铸搅拌法制备了不同含量SiC_p增强铝基复合材料,研究了深冷处理对不同SiC_p含量增强铝基复合材料热膨胀性能的影响.结果表明:增强颗粒越多,对材料膨胀的制约作用就越强,热膨胀系数越低;复合材料的热膨胀系数随温度升高而增大;复合材料的热膨胀系数和材料中的残余应力密切相关;复合材料经深冷处理并升回室温时,残余应力降低,热膨胀系数也降低;深冷次数越多,热膨胀系数越小.

Different SiC_p/Al composites were fabricated with molten-stirring method.The influence of cryogenic treatment on thermal expansion properties of different SiCp/Al composites was studied.The results show that SiC_p could inhibit the expansion of the material well,and the coefficient of (CTE) thermal expansion beeame lower with the increase of SiC_p content The CTE of the composites increased with the temperature rising.The CTE was related to residual stress.The residual stress and CTE of the composites after cryogenic treatment decreased at room temperature.The more the cryogenic treatment times of the composites,the lower the CTE.
