在沉降炉上采用烟气分析仪测量不同炉温条件下煤粉着火燃烧后烟气中O2和NO浓度变化历程,提出了一种定量确定煤粉颗粒着火状态的方法,并测量了不同氧浓度O2/CO2气氛下煤粉颗粒着火温度.结果表明,21%O2/79%CO2气氛下不同煤种煤粉着火温度比空气(21%O2/79%N2)气氛下高62~130℃.随着氧浓度的增加,O2/CO2气氛下煤粉着火温度显著降低,而且对于不同煤种O2/CO2气氛下氧浓度提高至26%~44%可得到与空气气氛相匹配的煤粉着火温度.
