在强碱性条件下,利用一氯乙酸、壳聚糖、乙酸酐和CoFe2O4纳米粒子作为反应物,吡啶和无水乙酸钠作为催化剂,在60℃时,经过一系列的羧甲基化反应、酸酐化反应以及醇解反应制得了磁性O-位羧甲基壳聚糖.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪和振动样品磁强计对制得的磁性O-住羧甲基壳聚糖进行了表征.傅里叶变换红外光谱、能量色散谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪测试结果证明了磁性O-位羧甲基壳聚糖的生成,扫描电子显微镜观测表明制得的磁性O-位羧甲基壳聚糖呈簇状,振动样品磁强计的结果表明其饱和磁化强度为27.6Am2/kg.
