The rotational rheometer was used to investigate the rheological properties and gel curing behaviors of polyacrylate microsphares with different size in plasticizer 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisononyl ester(DINP).Atomic force microscopy(AFM) and TEM were used to observe the morphology and sizes of these polymeric microspheres. Results of the rheological test suggest that with the size increasing, polymeric microspheres present a smaller viscosity in the mixture system.Additionally, the mixture fluid shows a pseudoplastic behavior in the process of shear rate accelerating. At the same time, when the temperature rises up or the proportion of polymer is dropping down, the viscosity of the mixture system decreases.Furthermore, the dynamic test indicates that higher proportion of the polymer could lower the gel curing temperature.
