Basing on analyzing the mainly hot analogue of thin slab casting and rolling process，the reasionable analogy method has been introduced in the process optimization and product development of thin slab casting and rolling process. The method, which can control the composition of molten steel accurately and have various rollling program alternative, correlates with the field production greatly.
