以白云鄂博尾矿和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法制备了一种性能优良的尾矿微晶玻璃,并以此为基础,采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了Na2O含量变化对所制备微晶玻璃显微结构及力学性能的影响.结果表明,当Na2O含量低于8%时主晶相为辉石相.随着Na2O含量的增加,辉石相的生成受到抑制,同时霞石相开始出现.上述变化对微晶玻璃的耐碱性影响不明显,而对密度、抗折强度及耐酸性有较大影响.
High quality glass-ceramics were successfully produced from the Baiyunebo tailing and fly ash as main raw materials by the method of melting.The influence of Na2O variation on the fabrication,microstructure and property of the glass ceramic was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and the measurements of bending strengths,density,acid-corrosion and alkalicorrosion resistance.The results shows that up to 8wt%,the increase of Na2 O content has no distinct effect on the glass-ceramics.Then the further increase of Na2O concentration may hinder the formation of well dispersed pyroxene particles by promoting crystallization of nepheline phase.This change affects little the resistance of the glass ceramic to alkali-corrosion.However,the density,bending strength and the resistance to acid-corrosion of the samples deteriorate obviously at the same time.
