目前,提高橡胶混凝土力学性能的措施主要是对橡胶颗粒进行表面改性.在本研究中,通过真空热处理(vacuum heat-treatment,VHT)的方法来提高橡胶砂浆的力学性能.结果表明:经过真空热处理后,橡胶砂浆的抗折、抗压强度提高.掺入用NaOH溶液预处理后的橡胶颗粒,砂浆强度提高更加显著.这是由于橡胶颗粒在一定温度下会部分分解,而分解产物改善了橡胶颗粒与水泥之间的粘结.NaOH对橡胶颗粒的热分解起到催化作用.橡胶颗粒越小,越容易分解.
