利用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟机进行等温压缩实验,研究了15 Cr-25 Ni-Fe基合金在变形温度为950~1200℃,变形速率为0.1 s~(-1)和10 s~(-1)条件下的热变形行为,并将变形试样在980℃保温2h后空冷,对比变形试样固溶前后显微组织.结果表明:随着变形温度的升高,变形组织即动态再结晶晶粒逐渐增大;在1075 ~ 1100℃和10 s~(-1)及1050~1100℃和0.1 s~(-1)条件下变形的试样经固溶处理后晶粒发生粗化,这在一定程度上会影响合金的热加工性能.因此热加工中要避免工件处于上述变形条件,否则对组织控制极为不利.

The hot deformation behavior of 15Cr-2Ni-Fe base superalloy was investigated by isothermal compression tests on a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator at temperature of 950 - 1200 ℃ with strain rates of 0.1 s~(-1) and 10 s~(-1) The deformed samples were heated at 980 ℃ for 2 h and then cooled in air.The reaults show that the grain sizes of the deformation samples increase with the increase of the deformation temperature.After solution treatment, the grain size becomes coarse for the samples deformed at 10 s~(-1) , 1075 - 1100 ℃ and 0.1 s~(-1) , 1050 - 1100 ℃ , and thus the process parameters are not suggested for this superalloy.
