研究了Fe_3Al在900-1300℃、形变速率为1-10~(-3)s~(-1)的热压缩过程中的动态复原机制.结果表明,当Z参数大于临界值时,该合金发生动态再结晶,反之则仅发生动态回复.动态再结晶是通过亚晶形核方式进行的.热压缩时真应力随真应变的增大而不断增加.所有的真应力—真应变曲线呈锯齿形(jerkyflow),且随形变速率下降锯齿形更明显.
Dynamic restoration mechanism of Fe_3Al during hot compression at 900-1300℃ and strain rates of 1-10-3s-1 was studied.As the parameter Z larger or lower than the critic value,the dynamic recrystallization or recovery only may take place respectively.And dynamic recrystallization takes place through subgrain nucleation.The true stress increases with the increase of true strain during hot compression.The jerky flow appears in all true stress-true strain curves and more obvious with the decrease of the strain rate.
