利用浸涂方法在不锈钢冠脉支架表面制备出聚醚聚氨酯涂层.针对冠脉支架复杂的网状结构,对制备工艺进行了研究.结果表明,该涂层具有完整无缺陷的表面形貌,低的表面粗糙度,满足要求的力学性能,并保持了聚醚聚氨酯的微相分离结构,从而保证了良好的血液相容性.本项研究为探索简便而有效的支架表面涂层制备工艺奠定了基础.
