采用电偶腐蚀测量、动电位极化曲线测量和电化学阻抗测量等技术研究了纯Cr在固态NaCl和水蒸汽协同作用下的腐蚀机制.结果表明:纯Cr在该腐蚀环境中发生电化学腐蚀,而电化学腐蚀在腐蚀总量中所占的比重很小.但是,纯Cr的腐蚀是电化学腐蚀反应耦合一个前置的化学腐蚀反应的过程,即纯Cr首先与固态NaCl和水蒸汽发生化学腐蚀反应产生气态HC1,生成的气态HC1再参与电化学腐蚀反应生成H2.电化学腐蚀反应的发生促进了化学腐蚀反应的进行,从而加速了纯Cr的腐蚀.
