对三种市售环氧富锌漆进行了电化学阻抗(EIS)测试,试验数据用ZSimpWin软件进行拟合处理,结合扫描电镜照片与拟合数据对这三种涂料进行了失效分析与对比。结果表明,锌粉的形态和尺寸是影响涂富锌涂层性能的关键因素,锌粉的阴极保护作用和后期的屏蔽作用一起决定了涂层的失效时间。分析表明环氧富锌漆B的综合性能要好于A和C的综合性能。
Three commercial epoxy zinc rich primers were tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and experimental data were processed by ZSimpWin software.With SEM and fitted data,it is concluded that the pigment’s shape and size were the key factors that determined the coating’s performance,and the zinc powder’s cathodic protection and later barrier effect determined the failure time of coatings.The epoxy zinc rich primer B had the best performance compared with epoxy zinc rich primers A and C.
