开发CO2双级压缩机以实现双级压缩是提高CO2跨临界循环系统效率的重要途径之一。由于压力高、运转速度快,CO2双级滚动转子压缩机机械摩擦是影响压缩机性能的关键性不可逆损失。本文详细分析了压缩机的机械摩擦情况,建立了数学模型,并模拟了各部分的机械摩擦不可逆损失,并用此模型对本单位开发的压缩机进行模拟,结果表明机械效率可达92%,为进一步的优化设计奠定基础。
In order to improve the system efficiency of CO2 trans-critical cycle, it is significant to exploit the CO2 two stage compressor. The mechanical friction is the main irreversible loss to affect the performance of CO2 two stage rolling piston compressor due to its high operating pressure and high rotational speed. This paper calculates the mechanical friction and irreversible loss of compressor by the establishment of mathematic model. Using the model, the exploited compressor is simulated with the mechanical efficiency of 92%, which lay a foundation of design and optimization in future.
