为寻找适用于监测金属早期腐蚀的方法,以喹啉-2-甲醛作为荧光探针,测试了铝合金5052(AA5052)在1%NaCl溶液中的早期腐蚀过程.通过荧光光谱法测定了溶液的荧光光谱强度与AA5052腐蚀产生的Al3+浓度之间的线性关系,以考察铝合金的腐蚀程度;采用电化学交流阻抗、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、表面形貌观察及能谱测定对荧光分析结果进行了分析、验证.结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确性.

Quinoline-2-formaldehyde was used as a kind of fluorescent probe to detect the early corrosion process of 5052 aluminum alloy (AA5052) plate in 1% NaCl solution.The linear relation between intensity of fluorescence spectrum of the solution and concentration of Al3+produced from AA5052 corrosion reaction was measured by fluorescence spectrometry to predict the corrosion degree.Electrochemical alternating current impedance,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,surface morphology observation and energy spectrum measurement were used to verify the result of the fluorescence analysis.Results showed that quinoline-2-formaldehyde as a fluorescent probe to test the early corrosion process of AA5052 was highly sensitive and accurate.
