利用自行设计制造的剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置生产出了双向增强的短玻璃纤维/高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯(SGF/HDPE/PP)管材,研究分析了应力场对复合体系管材的拉伸强度、微观分子取向和结晶的影响。结果表明,在200℃以下时,该应力场能改善管材的强度,在保持管材轴向拉伸强度不降低的情况下,其周向拉伸强度的最高改善量达到40.9%,且随着温度的升高而逐渐提高;分子的结晶度也随着温度和转速的升高而增加;同时该应力场促进了分子的取向分布,但分子的解取向效应却随着温度的升高而变得更加严重。

Utoizing shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field pipe-extrusion die developed by the authors,two-dimensional reinforcement short glass fiber/high density polyethylene/polypropylene(SGF/HDPE/PP) pipes were extruded.The tensile strength,molecule orientation and crystallinity were studied.The results indicate that,when the temperature is below 200 ℃,the tensile strength of SGF/HDPE/PP pipes is improved by shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field.The most improvement of circular tensile strength is 40.9% and the axial tensile strength doesn’t decrease.And the circrlar tensie strength increase with the increase of temperature.Molecule crystallinity increases with the temperature and rotating speed rising too.The compound stress field makes molecule orientation.But the molecule disorientation becomes more obvious with temperature increasing.
