根据现场调研结果,采用物理模拟和数学模拟相结合的方法,系统地研究了浸入式水口单侧结瘤对结晶器内流场、液渣层以及气泡的影响,同时,还考察了不同体积的结瘤物脱落进入结晶器后的运动轨迹.研究结果表明,水口单孔结瘤将导致结晶器两侧流场不对称.相比较于结瘤侧,未结瘤侧流量增加,流股冲击增强,保护渣卷入钢液的几率增大,同时,未结瘤侧的气泡数量增多,气泡穿透深度增大.此外发现,不同体积结瘤物脱落进入结晶器后,粒径较大者更容易上浮至结晶器液面.
