为了提高电导率,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了硅酸盐氧基磷灰石.通过TG-DTA、XRD和IR分析,研究了从凝胶转变为硅酸盐氧基磷灰石过程中凝胶焙烧温度的影响.结果表明,制备Sr_2La_8(SiO_4)_6O_2、La_(9.33)(SiO_4)_6O_2和La_(10)(SiO_4)_6O_3时凝胶的焙烧温度分别为850、950℃和950℃;间隙氧可能诱发晶体结构扭曲,晶胞体积变大.通过IR和XRD分析,证实了在La_(9.33)(SiO_4)_6O_2和La_(10)(SiO_4)_6O_3磷灰石中间隙氧的存在.

In order to enhance the conductivity of silicate apatite,the silicate oxyapatites were synthesized via sol-gel method.The influence of calcination temperature on the transformation of gel to final apatite phases during the synthesis of silicate oxyapatites was investigated using TG-DTA,XRD and FTIR analysis.Results show that pure apatite-type Sr_2La_8(SiO_4)_6O_2,La_(9.33)(SiO_4)_6O_2 and Sr_2La_8(SiO_4)_6O_2 can be obtained by calcining the gel powders at 850、950℃and 950℃respectively.The interstitial oxygen can be likely to cause local structural distortions,and increase the volume of unit cell.Analysis results of IR and XRD indicate that there exists the interstitial oxygen in the structure of La_(9.33)(SiO_4)_6O_2 and Sr_2La_8(SiO_4)_6O_2.
