深入分析了有机物切割刀具用钢9CrV通过低温二次硬化实现超硬化的技术原理,采用特殊热处理工艺,在低温回火时直接析出大量微细的合金渗碳体,通过高碳马氏体强化叠加微细弥散合金渗碳体的沉淀强化可显著提高钢的硬度实现超硬化,合金渗碳体的尺寸细化到50nm左右,由此使钢的热处理硬度达到HRC68~72。
The technical principle of reaching ultra-hardness by secondary hardening at low temperature for organic matter cutting tool steel 9CrV has been studied in detail. Special heat treatment was used to precipitate numerous and fine alloy cementites directly in low temperature tempering, and then realize ultra-hardness via high-carbon matensitic hardening and precipitation strengthening of fine dispersed alloy cementites, the size of the cementites is refined to about 50nm and the hardness of the cutting tool steel reaches HRC 68 ~ 72.
